Waterford is the perfect base to enjoy everything Northumberland has to offer. Right on the Dunes in historic Bamburgh and in the heart of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Beach is just a short stroll away, the Castle on our doorstep and the village centre with Pubs, Restaurants & Shops is 10 minutes walk.
The House has secluded and secure gardens with off road parking for 3 cars, a south facing patio with table and seating for 8 and sun loungers, bifold doors opening out onto the patio lets the outside in on warmer days.
The interior is a contemporary open plan, living, dining & kitchen. It's very comfortably furnished with large smart TV and log burner and the hand crafted Neptune Kitchen is wonderful to use with a full range of Bosch & Siemens appliances.
There's a good sized boot room for all your outdoor gear, fully equipped utility with an additional shower and a separate Study where you can catch up on some work.
Upstairs, the House has 4 Bedrooms to sleep unto 7 Adults (with an additional child on a folding bed). The Principal bedroom has a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. There's a king sized double room, a twin room (convertible to super king) and a single room (that makes a good children room adding a folding bed). There's also a large family bathroom, with separate walk-in shower. All beds have non allergic Duvets (summer & winter) with luxurious Egyptian Cotton bedding and towels provided.
We’ll start you off with all your essentials. In the kitchen, tea towels, oven gloves, washing up cloths, dishwasher tablets, selection of Tea, Coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt & pepper and kitchen towel. Elsewhere, washing capsules, toilet rolls, hand sanitiser, soap and a range of other complimentary toiletries. Beach towels and a disposable BBQ for the summer months, or a supply of Logs in the winter.
Free super fast Broadband and Wifi, TVs with full catch up services, Netflix, Prime & Disney+, and a Music Streamer in the Living Room.
The house has a 7.5KW EV Type 2 charging point, free for our guests.
For the Dogs, there's a bed, towel, treats and poo bags.
