Covering all the basics of making yeasted bread and soda bread and creating your own sourdough starter, the course is taught by Pauline Beaumont, author of Bread Therapy: The Mindful Art of Baking Bread.
Places on the day courses are limited to allow for individual attention and teaching. The approach will be encouraging and relaxed - there is no such thing as a stupid question - and participants will leave with their freshly-baked loaves and a new confidence in making bread.
Refreshments, including a plant-based lunch are provided in the price of £100 per person.
