Check-in for night(s)

Felmoor Park opened in July 2010. The park is located in the heart of Northumberland and close to all of the areas attractions. The park has been designed and constructed to the highest standard while retaining the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside.

Set in 40 acres of woodland we have Scandinavian log cabins and static caravans available to purchase or rent. The majority of our log cabins have panoramic views over the lake for those peaceful nights. Imagine enjoying a glass of chilled wine while your relaxing on the veranda on a warm summers evening.

When it comes to Northumberland self catering accommodation you would be hard pressed to find a more tranquil setting so be prepared to relax and forget your daily workload because by choosing Felmoor Park you will get a real feel for the natural beauty of the area. If you think other Northumberland accommodation is good be prepared to experience something a little special.

As an additional benefit to our guests, we have arranged discounted rates at Burgham Park and Morpeth golf courses. There are also over 20 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive as well as walking, cycling and horse riding so you will be spoilt for choice.

We also have homes that are pet friendly so why not treat yourself to a luxury break.

Last Minute Get Away

LinsH83, Sedgefield, United Kingdom
Booked this by chance off a Facebook post offering a nights stay for a reasonable price. Packed a bag, jumped in the car & made the 45min journey, arriving around 5. Kids straight in (massive) hot tub where they spent the rest of the evening! Decor of this place is lovely & very clean too. A welcome pack with a fresh loaf, wine, donuts, milk & jam was a nice touch. Lovely rooms & lovely surroundings with BBQ, patio furniture, sun loungers.... with better weather this would be beautiful to spend a summers evening. Few niggles but only picky ones TBH, volume of TV couldn't be adjusted & it was really loud! Also some of the cutlery wasn't clean but most disappointing was the fact the hot tub wasn't working the next morning despite us following the instructions & covering it up after use which upset the kids. However I wouldn't let these things put me off, like I said in better weather this place would be fab & the cabin itself is absolutely beautiful.

Great , relaxing and friendly site

Great site near all main attractions. Very friendly reception/ bar staff. Site very quite so great for a relaxing break. Only recommendation is that they purchase some large play equipment and create a better play area.

Amazing lodge

We stayed in two lodges over Christmas a family gathering for an 80th birthday. The cheviot lodge was outstanding. However the Simonside was appalling. If anyone visits make sure you book the Cheviot. This lodge was spotless it had everything you could need. Myself and my family are well travelled and have stayed all over the world, but have never had a welcome pack like the one we received off Lesley and Alan. We had a fantastic time thanks to them. We had to cook a Christmas dinner for 12 as nothing worked in the lodge next door. We managed thanks to the cheviot. The hot tub was cleaned every morning and was a great feature. The park itself, there was nothing to do, no shop, a pub but was very small. The Cheviot was excellent and we cannot thank them enough. My advice to anyone staying here is definatley book the CHEVIOT it is well worth the money.

Mixed Feelings

Ray A, Leicestershire, United Kingdom
Booked having seen photos on Linkedin and stayed for 4 nights. Positives; 1) Cedar cabin very clean, tidy and comfortable 2) Welcome pack well received 3) Good TV reception 4) Hot tub, clean, hot and at times relaxing 5) Ideally located for Holy Island and the beautiful Northumberland coast Negatives 1) whilst the photos on the website are correct, they are very well selected as reality is different and on arrival we were disappointed as the cabins are so close to each other and the hot tubs have no privacy 2) Hot tub described as Private and whilst it is for your own use, there is nothing mentioned about your hot tub being only ten feet from the balcony of the adjacent cabin with no screens! As private as having a hot tub in the middle of the metro cente 3) Site is work in progress, lots of building work going on 4) lots dog mess in grass which was disappointing given the number of kids running around - our friend stood in dog mess only a couple of metres from our cabin 😡 5) walk around "lake", whilst plenty of dog bins, none had lids, all overflowing with bags everywhere making it unsightly and unhygienic. 6) if the noise was not from all the kids playing, it was the loud noise from the A1 which is very close 7) Turning north onto the A1 on exit from the park, only once got out straight away the rest of the time just waited, waited and waited and at times had to take my life into my own hands just to get out So mixed feelings really but for the money I don't think we will go back.

Log cabin

JoyceRSutherland, London, United Kingdom
We stayed at Felmoor and used it as a base to tour the sights, Very convenient as it is just off the A1 at Felton. Our cabin was next to the lake so we could watch the wildlife whilst sitting on the balcony of an evening with a glass of wine. Sleeps four without being cramped. The hot tub eased the aches after all the walking and sightseeing. Cabin was comfy and clean with enough crockery and cutlery. The £5 daily charge we thought for WiFi is a bit excessive. We were in Chestnut Lodge which is privately owned and rented through Northumberland Rentals. Our only complaint was a very noisy 'Hen Party' one night during our stay and they were told to be quiet by security. Would return. was
